Job Description:
The Commercial Roofing Sales Associate – Service Division is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and supporting the growth of roof service and maintenance programs within the Southern Texas / Rio Grande region. This mobile position focuses exclusively on commercial roof service and repair work, ideally requiring a strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, customer relationship management, and service-driven sales practices.

Primary Roles/Responsibilities:
• Identify, solicit, and secure new commercial roofing service clients within the Southern Texas / Rio Grande Region markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Conduct roof inspections, prepare service proposals, and present repair and maintenance solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Service Department to ensure accurate pricing, scope of work, and project execution.
• Manage and follow up on service leads, quotes, and ongoing maintenance agreements.
• Promote maintenance and preventative roof care programs.
• Stay current on industry trends, material innovations, and roofing best practices.
• Maintain detailed sales records, forecasts, and reports using company CRM tools.
• Ensure all customer interactions reflect the professionalism, safety, and integrity.

Required Skills/Competencies:
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, commercial roofing sales, or a related field (similar experience will be considered).
• Ideally, extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and Coatings.
• Proven experience in commercial roofing sales, estimating, or service management, with a focus on repairs and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new customers and manage long-term business relationships.
• Ideally, strong understanding of roof maintenance programs and the value of preventative service solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a mobile capacity.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Percentage of Travel: 50% travel in the South Texas / Rio Grande region of TX
What locations: Mainly southern Texas / Rio Grande region.
